A place where culinary herbalism, wild food, and magical nature-inspired art come together in video-courses filmed in the peaceful forests of northern Sweden.
Created from the heart, while learning and discovering along the way.
It deeply concerns me to see the growing disconnection between people and the natural world. This separation affects not only our environment but also our well-being. I believe that reconnecting with nature and its healing properties holds the key to solving many of our everyday challenges and ailments.
The changing seasons reflect the natural flow of life, offering valuable lessons along the way. Spring brings renewal, summer fuels vitality, autumn teaches us to let go, and winter invites reflection. Each season brings a different kind of remembering, a return to what we already know deep within. When we live in harmony with these natural cycles, we find greater balance and well-being.
Through my courses, I provide guidance on how to integrate these seasonal practices into daily life, offering accessible ways to reconnect with nature and ourselves.
Feeling connected brings true happiness.
My goal is to support and inspire others in rebuilding this connection. Through my courses, I share meaningful ways to weave nature into daily life through wild inspired meals and nature based creativity. Not everything is perfect, but everything is real and made with care.
Embracing the rhythms of nature helps us live with more awareness and intention, creating a sense of harmony with the Earth and within ourselves.
Imagine a world where we all feel connected to nature and to one another. A world where respect and care for nature are at the heart of our choices. By embracing the lessons of the seasons, we can rediscover a way of living that is more balanced, fulfilling, and sustainable.
"If we take care of nature, nature will take care of us." – David Attenborough
The challenges may feel overwhelming at times, but every effort to reconnect, to care, and to act with intention has value. Even when change feels uncertain, choosing to honor our connection with nature is always worthwhile.
My love for..
I've loved cooking since I was young, inspired by my mother and grandmother. Their approach to cooking was different from mine, which encouraged me to develop my own ideas about food.
Some of my fondest memories are taking long walks in the forest with my mother, foraging for blueberries and chestnuts. These moments taught me to appreciate nature and its gifts, something I now carry into my work with wild food and herbs.
While my family, especially my father, has always been involved in growing fruits and vegetables in the conventional way, my interest in permaculture is rooted in those early experiences of gardening with him.
When I was about 10, my sister decided to become a vegetarian, something I didn’t fully understand at the time. Looking back, I can see how her choice planted the seeds of my love for plant-based food, a value that I hold dear to this day.
In my daily life, I strive to make conscious choices that positively impact the environment. I take the same approach in my courses. Whether it’s the materials or ingredients I recommend, each item has been carefully researched for its environmental impact, ensuring that you can make informed and responsible choices.
It’s important to recognize that not all natural ingredients are environmentally friendly. Factors like water usage, sourcing, and transport all play a role. By providing thoughtful recommendations, I aim to help you explore sustainable practices that align with nature’s balance.
Remember, finding harmony doesn’t mean perfection. This is also how I create my courses; intuitively, in rhythm with the seasons, and often while learning myself. Sometimes things unfold differently than planned, and that’s part of the process.
Nature doesn’t ask for perfection; it asks for presence, curiosity, and respect.
We live in a complex world, where even the most natural choices sometimes raise difficult questions. Harmony means making mindful choices that feel true to your values, your rhythm, and your reality, without shame or pressure. Nature teaches us to move with the seasons, not against ourselves.
